How to add row number in Page Properties Report Macro?

I have 'Page Properties Report Macro' and I need to add count to rows as first column so it should looks like a numeric list.
I didn't find any information about it here.

interested in this only.  I think we are looking for the same functionality that the Table macro has but included as part of the page properties macro.

For this purpose you can use Table Filter macro automatic row numbering feature.

It is not in Page Properties Report macro, it is in Table Filter macro.

No, it is not working for me. We don't have Table Filter macro. My problem is still with me.
