How to add fields to confluence search?

Hello everybody.

I have customized the attachments plugin to show more fields in the list (author, filename, file code, etc). But if I do a search (from the confluence search bar) for example, by the author, it does not show me results, the same happens when searching for the file field when it is of type image (jpeg). My question is, is there a way to customize the search bar to filter for the new fields added to the plugin?
