How to add apostrophe to a button text?

I am trying to put an apostrophe in a ''Create from template'' Macro Button text, but it doesn't appear on the Button. (See photo under)

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Simply use two single apostrophe:

Créer una note d''itération
