How to add a Table of Contents to a Main Front Page in Confluence

Ms Design December 17, 2021

Is there a way to prevent people from having to dig through all the Page Tree sub headers to find what they want?

I know there is a way to add a Table of Contents to individual pages, but how do I add one to the Front Main Page? When visitors land on the main page, I would like there to be a Table of Contents to direct them to where they need to go to find a certain topic.

The way it's set up now is we have the Page Tree on the left side bar. This shows the main headers and the sub headers. However, we have A LOT of pages and spaces.

Hi @Ms Design

Page Properties Macro will help you with this requirement

https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-page-properties-macro

You can choose to display the table of contents with this Macro of all the pages on the index page.

Thanks,
Pramodh
