When using the Children Display Macro in Confluence, it puts the result values to far left so they are right on the boarder. Is there a way to indent the values?

Using Confluence-Server-Version 5.8.6

Can you include a screenshot? I'm not seeing that issue; in fact, in our instance, the Children Display is indented at ~0.75", even further indented than the Page Tree macro.

That green background tells me that you likely have something else going on, maybe a containing macro and perhaps some CSS.

Try using the macro on a blank page, potentially in a different space, to see how it looks.
