How to Indent a UI Expand...if that is possible

Would like to indent UI Expands on my page to align with page headers/sub-headers to keep layout structured. Looking for any suggestions to accomplish this.

Once you open your confluence space click edit and use the below highlighted red color indents

That does not indent the UI Expand. Thank you anyways.
