How to: Embeddable page search result filtered by static and optional labels

I would like to have an embeddable sortable page search result, pre-filtered by some labels  and optional labels dynamically.

Like Content Report Table inside a Table Filter but based on labels only -> without the need of putting the 'Content macro' on every page to be found.

I guess, there are way(s) to accomplish this?
