How to Create a page with dynamic contents like Charts, table so that I can have a report?

Could anyone guide me how to create a dynamic reporting page that contains charts, tables of metrics, graphs to which the source could from CSV file?

There's not a built-in way within Confluence to do this. However, there are a lot of add-ons on Marketplace that will be able to help you build a page like that. Have a look:
