How do you listen for when CONFANCESTORS database table has rows inserted?

I would like to be alerted whenever an insert into the CONFANCESTORS table occurs. How can this be done?

It is probably going to be a lot easier to look at why you think you want to know when something is added to it.

What problem are you trying to solve by looking for a list of inserts here?
