Hi,
I am aware of the option Attachment and add file to upload the file, but it is just added like a attachment cant able to see the each row.
Aim is to access the all the rows and columns in the .xlsx file, it has 5000 line which is taking long time to copy into the confluence page.
Please let me know, Is there an any option or an add-ons to explicitly add the .xlsx contents into confluence page?
Thanks,
Anitha
Hi,
take a look at this article
Thank you Mohamed Benziane. It was a helpful reference.
I added the .xlsx file using macro "/excel" and able to see the content.
Is there a way to edit the rows/columns in the excel file on the page? How about marketplace add-on "Smart Tables for Confluence"?
Please share your thoughts if you have any idea.
Thanks,
Anitha

Hi @Anitha Vinayagam ,
You may also try the app that we develop - Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence.
Besides amplifying native manually created and macro generated tables, it also provides a spreadsheet family that helps you to work with all the basic Excel-like features right in Confluence without switching to other tools.
So, you'll be able to import your existing data in .csv/.xlsx formats and then edit your cells from the page view and page edit mode, apply cell formulas, conditional formatting, aggregate your data, and much more.

You will need an addon to edit the file directly on the page

@Stiltsoft support I have a further question for you.
The document which want to load is "Requirement" document. It has 1000 rows and 6 columns for example.
We have installed "Requirement Yogi" add-on to trace and link the different set of requirement.
The Requirement ID's are unique, after importing the .xlsx file we run the "Requirement Yogi" macro to create the requirement ID's link.
Now my question is, Can I combinedly use both these plugins together?
Please let me know if you have come across with any of the previous work case done?
Thanks,
Anitha

Hi @Anitha Vinayagam ,
The "Requirement Yogi" app is not developed by our company and I'm not sure that we've had any cases with this app before.
I can just further elaborate that our Table Spreadsheet macro stores its data as a page attachment, you may check this part of our documentation for more details: https://docs.stiltsoft.com/tfac/cloud/faq-using-the-app-188612625.html#FAQUsingtheApp-HowcanIrestorethepreviousversionofthespreadsheet?
The data is not stored directly on the page as if you insert a native Confluence table manually.
