How do I write a URL to link to an Anchor when the page name uses unsafe ASCII characters?

Hello,

With a Confluence page name like "≡ Page Name", how would the URL to an Anchor on that page be written?

I have tried the following:

  1. Standard:
    • https:myserver.confluence.com/display/spacename/≡+Page+Name#≡PageName-Anchor
  2. Using URL Encoding:
    • https:myserver.confluence.com/display/spacename/%E2%89%A1+Page+Name#%E2%89%A1PageName-Anchor
  3. Using a Dec (with various syntax - with/with out "& "or "#"):
    • https:myserver.confluence.com/display/spacename/&#8801+Page+Name#&#8801PageName-Anchor
  4. Using a Hex (with various syntax - with/with out "&"or "#"):
    • https:myserver.confluence.com/display/spacename/&#x2261+Page+Name#&#x2261PageName-Anchor
  5. Using the Entity (with various syntax - with/with out "&"):
    • https:myserver.confluence.com/display/spacename/&equiv+Page+Name#&equivPageName-Anchor
  6. Using page ID

Any other suggestions?

Thanks!
