How do I remove the white space when embedding a google document?

I'm using the widget connector macro to embed an org chart from a google document in a team confluence page. I'm doing this so that any changes made to the the org chart (created through Lucidchart) flows through to the Confluence page. However, whenever I embed a google document, Confluence adds so much additional white space on the top and bottom that it makes it impossible to use. There is no white space in the actual document and changing the height and width pixels on Confluence does nothing to solve the problem. Please advise.
