You cannot convert it to a regular page if that is what you are asking. However, you could go to the blog post and then select all the content and copy it to your clipboard (ctrl+c on PC or command+c on Mac). Then paste it into a new page (ctrl+v on PC or command+v on Mac).
Doesn't work

Have you copied the contents from the block post from the editor and pasted it to the page in the editor?
If you go to the blog post end click "Edit" then you should be able to select all content of the body as Davin has described. You have to click in the body and select all content (for e.g. with Ctrl-A on Windows) and copy it to the clipboard with Ctrl-C (on Windows). It won't work if you have the cursor in the title of the blog post or you have selected the title.
When you enter the blog post editor, the cursor should already be in the body and not in the title, so a simple Ctrl-A followed by a Ctrl-C should work.
Then you go to the page you want to paste the contents into. Again, open the page in the editor, select all the content that is there (if any), then position your cursor with a mouse click into the editor (again not the title of the page) and paste with Ctrl-V (on Windows), as Davin described.
If you want to paste the contents to a new empty page, note that in the editor the cursor is in the title of the new page. So please first enter the title of your page, click in the body and then paste (Ctrl-V on Windows) the contents of the blog post from your clipboard into the page body. Click "Save" and you are done.

We have a ticket open Convert\move a page to news (blog post) and news to a page but as a workaround, copy the storage format from the blog using the free (for server) Confluence source editor and paste it to the new page using the same tool. Manually attach all the attachments to the new page.
The source editor is used by clicking the <> symbol on the top right of the page after the add-on is installed.

The ticket you mentioned is closed, but this issue is still not resolved. Is there a different open ticket for this?
