How do I make the Header (within "Look and Feel") sticky?

I've created a custom Header on my wiki that appears above the usual "People | Questions | Calendar" section. However, I haven't been able to figure out what HTML to add in order to have the custom header stick when I scroll down the page. Anyone been able to do this?
