I have huge data tables. How do I make the headers of the tables un scrollable, so they are always visible on the screen?

This is a feature of confluence 5.8. See here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-9267

The PDF equivalent for fixed table headers would be repeated table header on follow-up pages. Does that new feature have any effect on the PDF version of a table or even create something like repeated headers?

Step one, be running cloud or 5.8 or later.

Step two, replace any layouts with section/column macros.

Step three, follow the rest of the requirements at the bottom of https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Working+with+Tables
