How do I know where the excerpt is used?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Excerpt Macro

I am moving an Excerpt (with all the text inside) from a page to another. How can I figure out in which pages I was including my excerpt to check / fix the excerpt include macro? Or is this fixed automatically?

The excerpt include macro refers to a page, therefore isn't updated when moving the excerpt.

To fix the references after moving the excerpt use the search

"Title of old excerpt page" AND macroName:excerpt-include*

Replace Title of old excerpt page by the pagetitle of the page which contained your excerpt before moving it.
