How do I get sysadmin rights since I copied from Confluence OnDemand and use JIRA as my user directory?

I copied my Confluence data from Confluence OnDemand. I'm using JIRA for my user directory to try to make them work well together.

Now I cannot re-enable add-ons in Confluence b/c I have no sysadmin rights.

How do I make a user a system administrator? I don't mind a DB hack if that's what it takes, but no Insert into cwd_membership that seemed promising has helped.

Thanks, Andy. I'd looked at that one, but didn't think it applied. As it turned out, re-sequencing the directories seems to have been the key.
