How do I found out if someone has acces to view and edit a page in conflunece ?

Today I moved a conflunece page from 1 space to another.

The new space will not allow her to view, nore will it allow her to enter the page when I have sent a link. 

I have checked the permisions who can edit and also who can see this page and the persons name appears in both yet she can not view or edit the page. 

Could someone advise me on how to resolve this small problem please?

Hi Paul,

Have you checked the overall Space Permissions? In order for a user to be able to edit a Page, they first need a license. Followed by Space permissions, followed by Page permissions.
