How do I export HTML Confluence children display as bullet list

When I export a Confleunce page with children display macro to HTML, the children are not formatted as bulleted list.

It turns out that Confluence *does* export the output of the children display macro as a bulleted list, but there's a class associated with it, so it required CSS work to display it correctly. The tag looks like this: <ul class='childpages-macro'>.

Confluence also exports bulleted lists with this tag:

<ul class="childpages-macro">
