How do I embed a navigatable powerpoint slide show on a page?

Hi,
I am trying to embed a powerpoint to a page using the office powerpoint macro by following the instructions in https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/How-do-I-embed-a-PowerPoint-presentation-into-a-page/qaq-p/998269.
However, it only displays a blur image of the first slide as shown below. The powerpoint that I am currently embedding is a .ppt too. Does anyone know why is it not working? Thanks!
