How do I disable email notifications for upvotes/downvotes on Confluence Questions?

I recently set up confluence questions on our local Wiki and am getting email updates for voting activity. Can I selectively disable notifications for upvotes/downvotes?

This is a common request from our team as well - can't understand why the notification config for Confluence Questions can't be as granular as the notification config for JIRA projects??

Really hope Atlassian decides to putt effort into resolving the above ticket - seemingly small problems like this can severely affect adoption and drive people away from what is otherwise an incredibly useful tool
