How do I delete a page created in Confluence?

I can only edit pages but can't delete pages.

Agree w/ @Vickey Palzor Lepcha above. Sounds like you don't have permission to delete pages in the space that you're in. You should be able to view Space Settings on the left hand menu to see who the admins are that you can contact to change the permissions. You may want to ask them if everyone should be able to delete pages, that way they grant group permissions instead of individual permissions.

You might not have been given the permissions to delete page . Reach out to your Confluence Admin and make the admin delete it or ask your Space Admin or Confluence Admin to give you the privilege to delete space or/and page :-)
