How do I create a Team Space? I don't have the option to create a new space

I'm trying to create a Team Space, but when I click "Space" I don't have the ability to create a new one. The instructions say if I click "Space" in the header a "create" option should come up but my only options are go to to recently viewed spaced or the Space directory. I can create a personal space in my profile settings, but I need to create a Team Space.

Based on your description, it appears that your Site Admin has restricted the ability for users to create new spaces. You should contact them to provide you accessibility to the option.
