How do I create a Horizontal Navigation Bar

I am learning another area of wiki creation and I can't find any information or how to's on creating a horizontal navigation bar. I see the macro...I just don't know how to use them. Thank you for any help you can share.

Which macro is that? Is it an add-on macro?

I have seen html used inside the macro provided on the Server addition. Maybe that is the only way.
