How do I create a Confluence Plugin, that lets me connect to a save action of a page?

I wanted to ask, if there is any way to connect to a save action of a page. I need to parse the text of the page after it was saved. Could you tell me if there is some documentation for that?

For plugin development, I suggest you take a look at the atlassian dev documentation here: https://developer.atlassian.com/server/framework/atlassian-sdk/

They have smoke code that will help you with the plugin.
