How do I add the Next and Previous links in a page?

I like how the next and previous icons are added in the tutorial, but I'm wondering if I need to add that manually to each page.

I looked through the tutorials and the confluence site, and edited the page to see the wiki markup, but I might be missing something.

Also:

I see a lot of older posts for plugins that are not supported in 4.0

I'd prefer not to have to manually add in previous and next links. Especially as we develop these pages and things could move around.

I saw a post to add this:

{children:page=/}

Could someone give me some tips and suggestions? I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks!
