How do I add a label to a specific section on a page?

I see documentation on adding labels to a page, BUT I don't see how to add a label to a specific section. If it can be done, great, tell me. If it can't be done, that's fine, we can leave it there. Thanks!

Sections are intended for formatting, not delineating content.

Simple use case: 

Label a Q&A section on each page as "FAQ"

On a general "FAQ" page list all the paragraphs/sections with the "FAQ" label via the "Content by Label" macro.

Voila, the FAQ page shows all the existing and new Q&As from all the pages.
