I see documentation on adding labels to a page, BUT I don't see how to add a label to a specific section. If it can be done, great, tell me. If it can't be done, that's fine, we can leave it there. Thanks!

Confluence Cloud doesn't have sections any more, so there's no way this could be done, even with an app.
