In confluence 4.3.3 I'm trying to add a new child page with the name "Login"

So what I currently have is:

Classes

--> Login

Which gives me the namespace mydocs/Login

What I want is to add a child page with the same name but under a different parent category.

Wizards

--> Login

So I can we setup the namespaces so childpages can be set under parent folders? ie.

mydocs/Classes/Login

mydocs/Wizards/Login

With the above namespaces there is no conflicts. Currently there is a conflict because both child pages from different parent categories must have the same name.

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

within a confluence space, every page name must be unique, so there's no chance to have more than one page "Login" in your space "mydocs".

You can either rename your page to "Login Classes" and "Login Wizards" or create a space for "Classes" and a space for "Wizards".

Atlassian stated here that they won't change this.

Cheers

Thomas
