How can anonymous/public users participate in a forum within Confluence?

It seems that all of the macros that would enable one to ask a question, submit feedback, or participate in a community forum are for Confluence users.  How would I make these available on a public Confluence site (where user is "anonymous")?

You could use Isso for anonymous (but moderated) comments on Confluence.
