To be exact:  import a Confluence XML export of a project documentation that was created in the external Confluence?

Hello @Pavle Todorovic

Do you try to import the exported XML (Zipped) content from other Confluence instance space into other Confluence Server?

If you used the export space options then you can import the exported space (pages) in the Backup section of Confluence General Configuration menu. For this you need Site Admin permissions (not just admin).

Please note that no matter if you exported the whole space or just a few pages from other Confluence - it is created as zipped XML space file, so you will have to import it to other Confluence as a new space. If you have the same space Key there will be an error of the same space key conflicts.

Here is the documentation:

Thank you
