Hello all, I am new to this site and need your expert solution of getting the Confluence logs.
There was an security incident in my organization, and wanted to check the User Access Logs (User Access Audit logs) but in the admin panel, I do not get such logs. The logs present in the admin is the user management details but any account login successful or unsuccessful is not recorded
Is there is a way I can get those logs? Any clue, if Atlassian can provide me such logs?
Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Currently, user access logging function is only available to On-premise version. In Confluence Cloud, in order to view that user access logging you need to install analytics add-on from Atlassian marketplace. Refer this thread for more details.
