How can I export to PDF without error

I am using Confluence cloud,

I made a page and try export to pdf.

of course file created but contents are not include.

Korean is not include.

I checked my configuration into confluence.

language configuration setted "Korean"

I am try chrome and edge browse and same result.

how can i fix this issue??
