How can I export all my confluence spaces in PDF?

Chong Wai Keung

I am now administer a Confluence site with 7xx spaces.  For our business requirement we want to export them into readable PDFs for backups.

Currently Confluence only allow export as PDF per space only - and surely I don't want to export every space manually 7xx times.

Are there any smarter way(s) to do such by just a few clicks? Thank you.

No, there's no bulk export.

Exporting to pdf is in no way a "backup".  It's a primitive kludge that some people think replaces a proper disaster recovery or failover system (but doesn't)

I'd strongly recommend you set up a second Confluence (with a development licence), replicating the production database and synchronising the attachments.
