Hi,
I govern a team space on Confluence that holds ~ 1000 pages. I want to be able to see, in an easy and quick manner, who the content owner is for each of the pages. Is there a macro I could use? Or can I add a parameter to our content management workflow?
Thanks,
Eefje
@Eefje Manders In the Space, select All Content in the sidebar. This shows you the page names, owner, when last modified, and, if you use the Cards view, the first few sentences.
Sometimes, the most obvious is overlooked :)
Although I admit that my mind immediately search for a database like solution where I can sort and filter ad nauseam
All Content doesn't even do search by owner, it only works with page titles :(

Thanks Barbara and Kristian. In my Atlassian version or package there is no 'All Content' option. I have access to a 'Space tools' button, and I think the answer lies within Space tools, but the puzzle hasn't been solved yet. I do appreciate your input!

Oh, forgot you're on DC... But sure Datacenter has the option to display all content of the space as tiles or 'table'. I'm pretty sure that option existed on Server.

I'd try browsing the Marketplace, there might be an app for that (if using apps is an option).

There's a guy on Write the Docs Slack space and he's doing all sorts of DYI stuff like you're looking for using APIs (he's on Server but I guess it'd be very similar on DC).
