How can I distinguish between Confluence and Questions emails for an email filter?

We have both Confluence and Questions. I get emails from both and would like to filter them into separate folders, i.e. one folder for emails from Confluence page edits etc. and one folder for emails about questions asked/answered.

Looking at the emails, I couldn't find any header or other distinguishing feature between these email sources.

Looks like this is a request:

Awesome question, Bjorn. I wonder if there's a feature request for this - I have the same issue/question.

It would also be helpful to know from the email subject - some letter or symbol maybe - when an email notification from Questions is not a new question but something else, for example an answer, upvote or other update from a question one asked or a question one is watching for any reason.
