How can I change the text in What's New popup

Hi guys

I want to change the text in the What's new popup (What's New in Confluence 5.3)

you need to change it on bundaled plugins

1. stop the confluence

2. locate the "confluence-whats-new-XXX.jar" @ .. \Application Data\Confluence\bundled-plugins

3. open the jar/extract and locate the "i18n.properties" @ "...\com\atlassian\confluence\plugins\whatsnew"

4. change the header property value

5. rebuilt the jar

6. restart the server

Do you know how to change the content of the What's new popup and how to force it to be displayed at the next connection of each users ?
