How can I bring multiple tables into a single table?

I am trying to consolidate (for the project supervisor) a list of the status of all mini projects on 1 page for him.

I have used the details summary with the metadata details, but the problem is the tables in the metadata details field are laid out horizontally, not vertically. Is there a way to get these tables work with details summary? Or is there another way?

I'm not sure if I totally understand your issue but the MultiExcerpt plugin is awesome for combining bits of information from mulitple pages into one. Also, if all else fails, you can use the HTML macro and build the page in html which will give you more control.
