How can I attach email files to confluence pages, that are both searchable and open in the browser IE8

I have a task that probably many of you want to do:

Attach emails to Confluence pages. I saved them from Outlook, but I made the experience that

• .msg is not searchable,
• .mht is not seachabel
• .htm does not open from the browser IE8, it is only to save it, and has a subfolder
• .txt does not open from the browser IE8, and looses format

So there is no good solution to attach emails in confluence? Come on, how do others have solved this?
