Hello,
I'm trying to add guest in my confluence. I have a standard licence so i know i can cause of this page:

https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/invite-guests-for-external-collaboration/
But when i try to add a guest:

I got this pop up:

I tried to click on the link, but when i arrive on the page i can't see the guest i add:

And if i come back in my user management, the user has this product role:

I've looked through several websites, but I couldn't find a solution to my problem.
Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions!

Hi @manu and welcome to the Community.

Every guest can access just one space at a time. So when you add a guest to Confluence, you must assign a space to them after you invite them.

Clicking Manage settings should offer you a GUI to give that guest access to a specific space.

Thank you for taking the time to reply! When I click on 'Manage Settings,' it takes me to the page that says 'No guest added yet.' If I then click on 'Add Guest,' I get the pop-up, but I can't see my guest.

And if I refresh the page, the 'Add Guest' option takes me back to the user management page.
I’m wondering if I need to activate the guest feature somewhere in my settings.

Thanks again for your help!
