How can I add a button to a template that will allow the user to add whatever hyperlink they want?

I'm creating a template for our QA team to create Test Plans and I would like to create a button directly on the template that will direct the user to insert a link in a certain spot.

I'm not sure whether there's such an option within the template itself but the method you could try to direct the user to the certain spot is

Link to an anchor on a page

You can place the link to an anchor at the top of the temple with a descriptive text. It adds the additional step though which is to delete this link.
