I have added the following tabs to my organization by mistake. How do I remove these clickable buttons from every page?

Hello @Jason Neris 

Welcome to the community. 

I suspect you have done this with one of the apps that generates additional navigation for Confluence. It could be SubSpace Navigation or Navigation Menus.

Check under Manage Apps to see whether one of these apps is installed and active. You can then discover how to hide the navigation according to their documentation.

This seems suspiciously like you turned the breadcrumbs into tabs.

I do believe the only way would be thru an addon.  Look thru each of your addons and see if any have some sort of tab setting.
