My Company uses Jira and Confluence to archive software packages that we need to build systems in the field.
However - we have zero training on actually getting these packages and all the "help" available on these site also doesn't show us what we need.
Our engineers make these packages - and they upload and archive the packages (to Jira, Confluece and JFrog - but we (the users) have no idea how to find them and download them.
When we search for terms we normally use like "Astro Console Software" or our system version (for instance 2022 HS), we don't get any "hits" that help us.
I believe that if you contact the Atlassian Customer Advocate team and use your work email address so they can verify you, they can share the names only, of your technical contact and site admin so you can track them down within your org. There may also be an option to chat with them from that page too. Hope that helps!
That sounds like a way to find out who is that the "point of the spear", so to say.
Thank you!

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
It seems to me that this is a subject that needs to be discussed internally within your company.
I don't think your question has anything to do with a problem you are having with an Atlassian Tool.
If I misunderstood your question(which I apologize for), it will be appreciated if you can elaborate more.
Best,
Fadoua

OK - so the answer isn't with you - Could you please point me in the direction of someone? You said "the answer lies within your company". Great... can you give me a "name" in my company that can guide us?

Forgive me for saying so, but that was rather unkind, @Brian Haudricourt. Or at least it reads that way (like you were being sarcastic).
The Atlassian Community is a peer network of Atlassian customers/users, like you.
So, no, @Fadoua, nor anyone else here, can tell you who within your company can help you.
Her point is, and I agree, is that you aren't asking your peer network for help with an Atlassian product. E.g., how does Jira feature ABC work?
You appear to be looking for assistance with processes and procedures that exist within your organization. Therefore, you need to seek the answer within you organization.
As Fadoua said, if we are misunderstanding this situation, take another run at asking your questions a different way.

OK. Thanks!
I am by no means being sarcastic!
Can you please tell me who in my company is your Jira / Confluence Point of Contact so I can ask in my company? Surely there is a person that I can contact - any of our engineers that are posting here.
I understand that your "help" is only for how to use your product and you will not be able to help me find a particular package - I was under the impression that the "Community" might actually include someone that stores their packages here and might be able to answer me.
Sorry for any confusion.

Hello @Brian Haudricourt
We are a community of users of our own Jira products. We are not employees of Atlassian. Subsequently we have no access to your Jira product and no access to any information about the users or contacts for your Jira product.
You will need to reach out to people within your company to find that information. I suggest that you try reaching out to the IT team in your company, or the people who told you to access or helped you get access to the Jira instance.
