Who I have shared a page with?

  • If I try to share it with the same person, within my organization, twice does Confluence inform me or does it just resend the share notification?

Hi @James Poli and welcome!  Audit Log Events in Confluence allow administrators to view when pages and blog posts have been shared. This is only captured when end user activity for pages and blogs is set to 'Advanced' or 'Full' auditing coverage.  There appears to be an open enhancement request (CONFSERVER-22396 ) to add this is an optional feature - I recommend upvoting and watching.

@Laurie Sciutti I notice that the page and Jira ticket you linked to are for Confluence Server. 

Do you know if these features apply for Cloud, which @James Poli indicated he is using? I also use Cloud, so I would be interested to know.

It doesn't appear to be, though I can't check because I'm only using the free version of Conf Cloud.  There is an open enhancement request for Cloud platform -- might want to vote on that and watch it in case someone provides a workaround:  CONFCLOUD-22396
