There are a lot of these search-term-like questions here on Atlassian Answer. This is, I think, because many people think that the "what do you want to know" input box is a search box. There is a search box in top right, but that is out of sight. Result: questions that are actually search terms. :-)

Yeah, I know, that's why I don't down-vote them - most of the one liners are the result of someone being a bit too happy to belt enter when searching. I comment to see if the user genuinely has a new question to ask! It's not a great design IMHO, I'd try to capture it by doing what an older version of Questions did - require a minimum length of question body. That way, the users wouldn't commit search terms accidentally. Even if they had a full question in the subject and had to think to put in "subject says it all", it would stop 99% of these.
