MetroRetro has an awesome feature where we can hide the contents of Stickies until everyone is done writing. How to do it in Confluence?

I suppose you mean Confluence Whiteboards, right?

At this point, you can't hide notes, but I believe this may be an upcoming feature with the growth of the product.
