I'm a little desperate.
In two speaces, the header the create button is not always displayed (see attachement). If I'm logged in as admin it works. So a permissions issue.
I cleared all space permissions, remove restrictions to parent & child pages, "No Restrictions (everyone can view and edit this page)" - nothing.
Has anyone had anything similar? or does someone have a tip?
Hi @Daniel Vlad ,
did you experience this as a anonymous user? If yes, did you also check the space's permissions for anonymous users?
What happens if you try to create a page via the shortcut [c] ?
You might also check what's on the very pages as it's possible to hide elements like the header with CSS in the HTML Macro on the page level.
Hope that helps!
Kind regards,
Nicolai
Thanks for your answer @Nicolai Sibler
NO, I am not experiencing this as an anonymous user. I'm a space admin.
If I use shortcut [c] then I can create a page, but unfortunately not select page templates!
I guess it is a display problem "CSS Header". But do not find anything that I can configure!
We use sometimes the "HideElements for Confluence" app for this. Here is everything on standard, so everything should be displayed. And even if I allow everything, unfortunately nothing happens.
I keep searching
Regards
