Have you had problems with the Clean Temporary Directory Scheduled Jobs?

Every couple months our alerting system warns us that our application disk space has reached full capacity because the Clean Temporary Directory task sometimes stops working. 

I'm in contact with Atlassian regarding this but I'm also wondering if other customers have had this problem and if you have found a solution.
