Suddenly we are facing some login issues for a group of normal users, they can log in to Jira normally.
Users are controlled at the Active Directory level, also we tried to reset their passwords but same problem.
Anyone can help?
What is the error? Users can not login although they fill user&pass&captcha correctly?
If this is the case, user should remove cookies in browser.

Also, take a look at the answer mentioned in this thread.
Temporarily, Confluence admin can reset failed login count.
