My company needs some kind of a wiki portal for sharing documents with our warehouse employees who don't have login credentials to Jira. I was wondering if there is any way to restrict access to certain documents or spaces based on the requestor IP address? If that is not doable, what would be the best way to handle this issue?

Is there a reason you can't accomplish this with regular user group permissions? Your warehouse employees would belong only to one particular group that has access to the desired space and no other spaces.
