Grant a group product access via API

Is it possible to grant an existing group product access to Confluence via the REST API?

I've been after an API to just even query/get the current state i.e. list of groups assigned to each product. Presumably you'd want that too before updating, but I don't think either exists.

Have you found any REST API to provide a group access to Confluence and revoke Confluence access from a group? I am trying to do the same operations on a group but unable to find any solution.

I have also been trying to get the product access for each group using REST API but was not able to find any. Is their any update on this by Atlassian?
